How is my approach to Life Coaching different from other coaches...?

Empowering Women's Coaching: Beyond Masculine Strategies

I see lots of people becoming coaches and instantly undermining what true coaching really is. I especially see it when I’m in Europe where most female coaches I’ve observed have very masculine approach to life. Nothing wrong with that, it stems from history and cultural upbringing, but my perspective is completely different.

My coaching is not a bullet point strategy but a bespoke experience.  When you listen to mindset leaders, and they are mostly men, like Tony Robbins, as a woman you learn his strategies and think this is the only way … It’s not, and I truly love the guy. I’ve learned so much from him at the beginning of my journey.

The truth is for us women this style of performance is not sustainable. This is not our dominant energy in life. Unfortunately, this race for power (status and money) between men and women perpetuates your feeling of not being enough … as a woman. And sadly, not that many of us recognize this. I know and understand because I’ve been immersed in this field for over a decade and was coached directly and indirectly by men and women, therefore can clearly see the differences.

There’s dissonance of energetics and women coached by men are abandoning their own power of creation and try to strategize life from the perspective of men. ...

Our physiology is different so we can’t sustain the logical strategy and a go, go, go lifestyle and hustle, and still thrive. Well, we can but it’ll cost us on so many levels.

This is draining and doesn’t work for women who identify more with female energetics and want to create lives of love, abundance and pleasure.

You will never be enough in the men’s world because this doesn’t support your natural energy flow and gifts of being a woman.

•  We crave contemplation.
•  We must feel our desires.
•  We love to be immersed in pleasure.
•  We are connected to our spirituality.
•  We are epic at listening to our intuition.
•  We are emotional and feel into everything.
•  And energies speak louder than words in our experience of life.
• We feel before we speak. 
• We literally use all our senses to comprehend this world.

Strategies and bullet points don’t apply to us. We can read them and memorize them, sure, but we are completely disconnected with the message. And secondly, what’s unique about that if all of us memorize the same thing? With this manly approach we become like robots which destroys our allure and magnetism.

If you feel like you “should” or “need to” - you are already in a trap of using your masculine energy and logical mind more than it’s required to create the life where you thrive and not just exist.

Do you understand the difference? 

When I coach my clients privately, it’s a unique approach and not a bullet point strategy of 1 2 3 … Yes, of course, you are using your mind to learn how to shift your patterns in thinking but foremost you are learning to use your intuition and your unique energetic design.

It’s cohesive work or excavation, rewriting your stories, and finally installing new codes in your subconscious mind. This work goes deep and it’s bespoke. We apply this to all aspects of your life - mindset, physical body, love relationships, money making, spirituality …

It’s a holistic approach to happiness, more joy and purpose ultimately creating fulfillment in all aspects of life and not in just one area of business.

We want to thrive, that’s the dream we are after. We want to feel safe in our expression. We want to feel loved and abundant, healthy, and wealthy. We want sisterhood and support, not competition.

I offer life coaching and mentorship.

My mentorship is a shoulder to shoulder walk and when I take you on as a client, I see your power and your capabilities. It’s designed to be a fun journey for both of us. I’m seeing your blind spots and remind you of things you already know deep inside your heart and soul. You must see me as someone who already holds the potential to influence your life. I inspired you, piqued your curiosity. It’s usually my luxurious, very laid-back lifestyle that draws other women in. You often see me in my car or freshly out of the gym wearing no makeup and a baseball cap. That’s me. I travel a lot, have homes here and there and 90% of the time stay in very luxurious 5-star settings. I love good, healthy, real ingredients-based food, I love refinement, art, beauty. I also know how to doll myself up, so don’t be mistaken. It’s everything but it’s me, accepting myself wherever I am in the world.

My vast experience in the modeling industry, then esthetics, health coaching allowed me to step into this identity when beauty, luxury, wealth, and simple life all co-exist. This is my freedom. I can work from anywhere in the world. My favorite place to be in Paris. I gravitate towards places that offer world class, best of everything experiences.

We cheapen so many things in life and coaching and mentorship is often one of them. 

But listen, my client doesn’t do that. My soul client understands that coaching and mentorship buys you time, years, or decades of your life. Your inner creatrix, your goddess, queen is what is sacred in you and what leads to creating the life of your wildest dreams.

This is the work, the most important work of your life. You create everything from within.

Both coaching and mentorship are the best investments in yourself and your growth as a human. You need to viscerally feel that betting on yourself is the most delicious investment you can make in life. Buying things won’t make you feel more worthy on the inside … but many of us fall into that trap. Buying more things doesn’t translate to more emotional intelligence, more love and wonder.

It all starts with your sense of worthiness, then self-acceptance and we lace it with self-love all while we rearrange your outdated stories - aka beliefs - and regulate your nervous system.
